Pros
Have the chance to influence strategy and direction, you are not just a cog in the machine. Great colleagues, nice people to work with. Great projects and clients, strong focus on societal value and ethical lobbying. Opportunity for fast carrier progression.
Cons
Remuneration package could be better. As a small company, everybody needs to take a share of everything, limited support from central management/corporate office. This leads to increased burden and less focus on actual projects.
