Pros

Flexible schedule, 10-20hr work week during summer, good commissions, customers are easy to call on and want to know about new solutions.

Cons

Lots of change within industry as students are no longer purchasing in bookstore and prefer cheaper 3rd party sites like Amazon.

LNUK where it ran its own IT was a friendly close knit team

Cons

Move to RETS destroy all IT team spirit out side of US, not sure in US but they didn't seem any happier
