      Pros

      Senior leadership for RELX group absolutely understands how to grow the business and ensure a good return for shareholders. Opportunities for growth are numerous, but may require relocation to one of the larger offices.

      Cons

      While the company remains profitable, it struggles with gaining the full endorsement of staff. At the individual contributor level, it is sometimes difficult to understand how reduction in staff accomplishes more for the company than just cost savings.

      Pros

      The best part about this company was the co-workers. Everyone seemed to get along well was a very tight group and many personal friendships are formed.

      Cons

      Management tends to micromanage employees on every single task. There is no real continuity with job duties. The company has a very high turnover rate.
