You can negotiate a large base because Accuity is basically desperate for new Sales people. New people don't last there.
Cons
There are no real opportunities at Accuity. You are hired and then basically given nothing to do. No leads, no support - you are given an alphabetical list of companies, phone and laptop and are told "Go be a pitbull!". You are even asked to pay for your LinkedIn Premium membership. 8 hours of cold calls - no phone numbers provided. The products are mainly for the financial industry but you will only be given corporates, the rest is taken. The system works best for those who have been there longest. The products are old, the market saturated. You will be micromanaged and pressured by a sales trainer who doesn't know the products and has no experience in sales - who cannot help you in any way. The management is basically incompetent or doesn't care. This is a highly political company with a culture of fear.
