Small increases not related to performance. Poor facilities -- old worn out -- too worried about cost to keep environment nice for employees

If you want more responsibility than your job title. It can be good place to work. If not then I wouldn't recommend it.

Good place to learn the work, especially as a fresher.

Cons

The company is very sales oriented. The product teams are not tech savvy. Which unfortunately means the company doesn't belong in the 21st century. It's not a tech company, just a company that uses "IT".
