Co-workers were great. Senior leadership was open and communicative.

Cons

Not sure if it was out of fear or something else but the union-supported workers received far better compensation packages than management.

No work life balance project manager are always watching you and micro manage you you have to work late night till 1-2 am night they can fire you overnight without notifying you mass hiring and firing
