Cons

Limited career path. Outsourcing / offshoring will probably continue. Other IT career opportunities in Dayton are limited.

Work at home, benefits, some commissions.

Cons

Leadership that has no clue how to motivate its employees, and while most sales people are accustomed to “unrealistic sales goals” RELX has a special expertise here. Then, micromanage sales managers, with AI tools so you know how much time they’re taking going to the bathroom. Waste time with nauseating training, when we coujd be closing deals, and developing ckient relationships.
