Friendly people for the most part Good benefits Cool new building Almost no one gets fired

Cons

Don't always hire the best talent, a lot of stupid people at higher levels Low compensation Terrible technology - computers are old/slow, don't work, every application, financial or for record keeping, is awful People who deserve to get fired seem to get promoted. There's a lot of older folks who don't deserve to be where they are but and no one can understand why. Very little diversity in senior management Cafeteria food is subpar mostly

Pros

Available benefits are great. Some of the best benefits I have been able to choose from in 26 years.

Cons

I was promised by their recruiter $20,000 more than I was paid which for someone with my experience and proven history was to low. When I got sick they attempt to push you around because of their size. They seem to feel because they are big one employee doesn't matter and they are above the law.
