Pros

Benefits are great, Prudential is a great company to work for, this position is not great, sadly. Remote work provides a lot of flexibility.

Cons

Overtime is the norm, and mandatory. Poor selection in hiring coupled with poor training leads to higher turnover; High turnover leads to poor service levels, which increases the need for overtime.

Pros

Remote & average wage. Management is pretty cool.

Cons

VERY high pressure sales. NO RELEASES. Management is cool, but not great at managing. It's like having the nicest dentist who doesn't know much about dentistry.

Pros

Purpose driven vision with collective executive conscience to do the right thing.

Cons

Poor technology leadership. Managed great talent out of the company because they stood up and were more impactful than their boss. All talk that did not maya her action. Vindictive CIO/Workplace and Customer Office
