Used ti be a good place to work but integrity has degraded. Don’t go there

Cons

After 7 years of good performance reviews, I was given no choice but ti take a position with responsibilities that had previously been covered by 4 people. Worked 12 hour days with no overtime to cover all of the responsibilities, then told my performance was poor, and let go. It was all a ruse to get new people at low rates with minimal vacation.

They offered a 5k cash bonus and manager and coworkers are nice,

The training is horrible, they need to spread the training out more. they throw u in with the sharks after, felt super unprepared to take calls. I don’t know how to help the customers at times which aggravates them more. On top of studying for the the finra exams it was one of the most stressful jobs I’ve had. They also don’t have sick days.
