Pros

Decent pay, cafeteria, seem to care about developing your "career"

Cons

Customer Relations - the Quality standards are ridiculous, they focus on minor insignificant issues rather than what the customer actually wants. They try to promote some sort of "culture" that no one seems to want a part of. You are just a number to them, not a person. Management doesn't have an idea of how to process any of the cases and cannot assist you in any issues. They only focus on negatives.

Pros

Very Flexible Hours. Limitless Pay. Knowledge that will stay with you wherever you go. It is really like owning your own business and you can take it as far as you want. This role is often preferable to management or an executive spot and you can make more in this role. Some people (like myself) haven't made much or won't and some will strike a few good deals and make 6-7 figures in a year.

Cons

Not a whole lot of guidance. Also the company gets half of whatever you make when you could just get appointed with them and anyone else and get 90%
