Cons

Collaboration is low or non existent. There is always a turf battle between departments which sucks the life out creativity and innovation.

Fantastic compensation & benefits, generous vacation time

Cons

Organizational changes have disconnected employees from the overall mission & goals of the company. It has become a very siloed organization where you have to be quiet, keep you head down, and hope you're not the next to have your position eliminated, for reasons you won't understand.

Good company hindered by bad (getting worse) culture

1.Work Life Balance 2.Good Benefits 3.Commuting hub 4.Decent salary (but you could do better in some cases)

Cons

1.A lot of cliques formed by long-term employees who gang up on individuals. 2.Lack of accountability-a lot of finger pointing at others when things go wrong. 3.People taking credit for the work of others to show their 'value' to the organization. 4.Feedback can be used in a way to demean and demoralize. 5. Very, very obvious lack of diversity and inclusion at VP levels.
