Pros

Decent schedule. Gives access to several carriers.

Cons

Platform is awful and systems are always down. If you leave, they hold your appointment hostage. Poor business practices. Commission structure always changing to benefit the company.

Pros

I really liked the Prudential environment.

Cons

I was lured to do interviews with pretty being told I was a shoe in for the job before the interview, Only to be denied the position. It Happened to me in several occasions. I honestly think they wanted me to interview as a “statistic” to prove that they interviewed from a diverse background of people. People underneath my role with less experience and tenure would get hired. It was a slap in the face one too many times.
