Pros

Pay is decent after years of employment.

Cons

Do not believe the employer of choice rating. I don't know who they had to pay for that. The job is extremely stressful, management does not value employees and treats you like a slave. Very cliquish and they promote those they like not those deserving of promotion. If you want to be stuck in a job trying to advance with very little success unless you are kissing up to management then this is the place for you. The company pretends they want to hear and value the opinions of employees but they do not. They promote individuals that do not deserve promotion and overlook those that do. If you work too hard they will keep you down to help support newer employees without paying you to do so. I do not recommend Prudential as an employer at all.

DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

The only pro you work from home

Cons

Assurance IQ has to be the worst company I ever work for when it comes to insurance and I love insurance. I love helping people get the covers they need and educating them. The "leadership" has been the most unmerciful, ungraceful, biased, and unqualified management I ever work for. They will break laws and once you file a complaint with the ethical complaint line. They will do anything in their power to cover it up such as putting you on a final warning after a day you are under investigation. Do not work for this company for 11 straight quarters they HAVE BEEN LOSING MONEY!! There is no future working here because they don't have the right people in leadership that don't know what they doing and will backstab giving the opportunity. I have reported this company to EEOC for violating my rights. And at the moment I have an attorney seeking that I get justice for workplace retaliation and disability discrimination. Again DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

Pros

Nothing stay away from this company if you're looking to make money & be successful.

Cons

The company pays $17.00 hr. You only receive commissions after you make 9 enrollment. It's different tiers. You will work like an slave. The SM will charm you & pump you up. Because the company & SM are the ones who receive most of your commission. Training is a joke they will tell you anything to get you on the platform. The company is not concerned about your personal life outside of the job. AfterAEP transition into a independent agent away from Assurance. You will make calls & receive colds. This job consists of lying & hurting seniors 😒
