Pros

A job pays a salary, and in today's difficult world of jobs and interviews you may continue to work at a place where you are treated like an untouchable.

Cons

Really? Too long to list. Have you ever worked at Etrade or Ciiit? If so, maybe the people here will talk to you or treat you with respect. If not, you will be treated like you are in junior high and wonder if you should sue the company for discrimination. Are you from India? Have you worked at Etrade? Come work here. Otherwise, you will be let go. No one here cares about skills. They want to waste milions of dollars pretending they are doing something useful. But, they are bozos.

Pros

I learned a lot about the third-party benefits administration industry, including a lot about the various organizations involved. I learned quickly that it is an incestuous and unstable niche.

Cons

Unbelievably antiquated computer system. Ridiculous to almost impossible productivity standards. The training was long, but poorly presented and lacking in substance. The place was a revolving door when I left and continued as such the last I heard. It was personally a horrific experience, creating some angst about my ability to learn new things - actually causing me to undergo full cognitive testing. It wasn't me!
