Pros

Good product offering. Strong annuities. Freedom to write whatever business you want. There are some limited orphan accounts you can work.

Cons

Lots of promises made during recruiting, none kept. Compliance department is strictest in industry. Very little support and resources available. BAD technology (Lotus notes, really?!)

Pros

Good product line up and some really good people.

Cons

Filed complaints with HR, Ethics, and Agency Relations over unacceptable, unethical, and retaliatory behavior by supervisor. Was totally dismissed and ignored and I ultimately resigned and went to the competition because Of Prudential's lack of action and response. Supervisor has 'chased away" several good talented people but has seniority and knows people up the chain. Thats what its all about....its not about actual performance. Stay away.
