There is something quite genuine about the company’s commitment to purpose and deep desire to be a better, stronger and more modern company.

Cons

The most senior leadership seem hopelessly lost. Restructuring happens constantly. Every senior leader seems to surround themselves with their own consulting firm. All the big names are here and then the big names are supplemented with boutiques. Leaders are out of touch, internally focused and lack courage. They hide behind culture and risk.

No stocks on signing Not competitive in compensation work culture is -ve as employee growth and motivation is lacking. rather can say, its not a good candidate for employee satisfaction index!

Good benefits, vacation, keeping competitive.

Cons

I know change is good, however not when you go from caring about your employees to no longer caring about them. I was a highly performing associate for many years and the last 2 years I felt my contributions at that same level didn't matter.
