Pros

Pay, Benefits, many work from home opportunities, multiple services to help employees care for kids or family members(beyond FMLA) and also take care of themselves, values their Talent Pool and offers many opportunities to promote from within. Values years of experience in addition to degrees.

Cons

Dental and Vision coverage has only a few providers in network in my area, can be a step behind in the use of some technology

Pros

The benefits package is adequate - not industry leading or lacking - just average. Decent healthcare, decent retirement match, still has pension - but the cliff vesting (3 years to get anything) is below par.

Cons

Worst leadership I've ever encountered. Continuously hiring leaders with zero industry experience. Lacking strategy. Senior leadership describes skills and leadership that they desire from employees, yet when you actually have and display these skills and traits, you are ignored, dismissed and so on. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you have an ounce of creativity or want to actually make anything and not just play politics all day with idiots. It's a terrible culture.

Pros

daily pay. efficient system. freedom.

Cons

Low starting commisions. only 3 days of training before youre thrown out to the wolves. If you don't perform well on your first work order, the next work order you get will have a crappy commission structure, Then youll have to dig yourself out of that hole. starting commission is 200% of first months premium and can go up per sale during your first few weeks. so make sure you put in as much time as possible when you first start or youll regret it.
