Because of borderline deceptive advertising, calls are stated out in a less than positive manner, the commission structure is a moving target and management expectations are beyond ridiculous given what I mentioned above.

Don’t do it. Will pull you in acting like a fun and loving company, but they have their system in place to pay you the possible amount and who ever does their advertising should go to jail
