Pros

Good benefits, PTO, overtime, Training

Cons

Working there was a very good place to work from the start. After a year they cut the holidays and other things of importance from sale agents.

Pros

Working from home. Given the opportunity , I was able to conduct a thorough needs analysis for Medicare beneficiaries and I was able to provide a broad range of options rather than just one specific company,

Cons

Assurance is not transparent, commission structure is constantly changing. During training we were told we made the best decision etc. once out of nesting if you did not sell most of your calls and continue with a high conversion, the quality of the leads they would send decreased majorly. Most poor Medicare beneficiaries were shown ads that Biden was giving stimulus or free groceries for those with Medicare. Which is not false, where some plans offer rebates for part b and some do have a grocery benefit, but these seniors are not aware they are calling about their insurance policy. Also got calls for those without Medicare or under 65 and that would also count towards our conversion, as well as hang ups ( which happened a lot)

Pros

top of the line sales platforms and technology.

Cons

Its hard to enroll people at this company. This is why: Its impossible to gain the trust of the shopper and convince them to enroll with you when everything starts off with a lie. Their advertising is the problem, not the sales agents. Yet, we had to answer for their fraudulent behavior in marketing over and over and over. We are taught to LIE to the shopper. VERY shady company. VERY shady practices. And you'll be let go if you dont make sales. Invest your time somewhere else with a reputable company that treats customers fairly.
