Marketing department has a friendly atmosphere, benefits are good. company pays attention to the importance of family and organises many family-friendly activities. Cheaper mobile phone plans, gym membership among others with employment.

Cons

low salary range for marketing staff and slightly difficult role due to having to deal with insurance agents who can be quite demanding.

Cons

The pay could have been better but I guess it's just like the rest of the street. Many managers don't seem willing to go the extra yard..
