Pros

Lots of calls and opportunity to hone your skills.

Cons

Not the best leads as many had been over used or obtained with what I would consider less than up front marketing practices.

STD/FMLA

Pros

The benefits are good. The company match program. The ability to work from home.

Cons

The STD department and FMLA are terrible. There is no real structure. They tell you to follow certain direction and criteria that is to much grey.
