Pecksniffian, Hunger Games Culture, Rampant Paranoia
The Rock is its Logo. More like crumbled stones & an avalanche. When a company has employees bonding & laughing over Prudential’s disingenuous, delusional & deranged Pru-Polite Corporate Culture (Prudential Polite) that it’s had over the past 30+ years & boasts claiming that Prudential is kind & polite compared to most if not all other companies, logic dictates that Prudential should wake up from its hallucinogenic poisoned Kool-Aid because employees are Not drinking or buying it. But then Prudential is Not logical. As many other posters have already commented on Glassdoor, everyone is Pru-Polite Until it’s Performance Review Time, there are work problems or frictions. At least other employers are realistic, Not living on Fantasy Island & do Not clarion such fake, bizarre & deranged assertions. Prudential Financial is Pecksniffian, has a Hunger Games Back-Stabbing Corporate Culture with Rampant Paranoia from upper Management all the way down to the lowest level employees. You can Not do Data Science or Data Analytics if you refuse to or can Not share Data across business lines due to Paranoia, or you do Not have the Technological Infrastructure to ensure that the data will not be misused or escape from the confines of the company. Prudential has lofty pipe-dream goals. It has an antiquated corporate culture still stuck in 1990s which contribute to Prudential’s inabilities to innovate and find solutions to business problems. Prudential is filled with out-of-touch, clueless old White Men. Employees are Pru-Polite to each others’ faces but behind each others’ backs, we’re all competing against each other. It’s worse than the Hunger Games. At least in the Hunger Games movies, there are actually mini-alliances and at least some of the players actually help each other.
