well funded. Diverse, tolerant. Talent focused. Ready to take on new problems. Very focused on quality of life and taking care of its employees and its customers. one of the most ethical and ethics focused organizations I have ever worked for.

Cons

risk intolerant. Bad computing environment. sometimes resistant to change. offices can be drab. at times low energy. There can be confusion around where the real opportunities and the real competition is.
