Overall a good learning experience but stressful job

Pros

Staff and coworkers were very friendly and were more than willing to help in difficult situations.

Cons

A decent amount of time was spent delivering not so pleasant news to claimants which led to many stressful experiences not being able to fully service them in the manner in which they wanted.

Very informative Great work/life culture Willing to teach if you are willing to learn Tries to make sure you get the best out of your experience

Cons

The current employees are on the older side but they have a huge push to bring in new young talent.
