Pros

Challenging work that keeps you busy and engaged most of the time. good co-workers, smart and easy to work with., . Great benefits and competitive pay.

Cons

difficult to get things done with lots of red tape. not great work/life balance, sometimes asked to work on the weekends and seems like taking vacation is looked down upon.

Pros

People are nice, respectful and proud of Prudential. The company seems to promote professional growth and work life balance.

Cons

The benefits are worse than other similar companies. More specifically medical(more expensive) and parental leave(considerably shorter).
