Can be a great place to work depending on what you're looking for. There's opportunity to start and advance in a career.

Cons

The opportunities to advance are usually limited to continuing in service or moving on to sales or processing. The CSR position is a dull, unattached, and miserable job that affords very few opportunities to contribute to anything meaningful or feel engaged in your work. The intrinsic and extrinsic benefits in this position are as minimal as a they could be for a full time, entry level position.

Managers micro manage your day, Pay is below avg and variable comp is lowest in industry . Management expects more out of you but gives nothing back in return

Nothing good to say but if I have to I guess the benefits. Management worthless they all should be fired!

Cons

All they care about is production and quality. Everyone there walks on egg shells scared to make a mistake. If you make one mistake you get put on a plan 2 mistakes your out the door. Beware stay away!!
