Pros

There are no pros. The office is failing, managements only concern is management. Management is one failed agent who couldn’t cut it. The new managing director only promoted because they are good friends. The only pro would be that they sponsor you for your licenses.

Cons

The cost you have to pay to work here. The unprofessional management and compliance. Office is unethical in the way they do business and treat agents. The benefits are horrible, the training is out dated the support is nonexistent.
