They try to sell you on support credits, but its full commission and solely working off your natural market. Don't distribute quality leads. Turnover rate is about 74%

Pros

Great benefits and opportunities to move within the company. Strong focus on talent. Senior leadership involvement in its talent focus is outstanding. Strong focus on community involvement in and around the corporate headquarters of Newark.

Cons

Prudential is going through seismic changes in almost all of it's corporate functions and businesses. There will be a settling period once all these changes are implemented. The company may be a better company to work for or it may not - time will tell.
