Too much micromanage

Pros

Good pay and incentive bonus

Cons

Management needs to stop micromanaging as this is a reason why the turnover rate is extremely high

Pros

None outside of the occasional potlucks

Cons

When Covid first hit, several employees voiced concerns about management returning from a trip overseas & we were ignored Management encourages employees to come in the office while sick & if you complain about working with sick people, you’ll be reprimanded If you’re a minority, you’ll deal with a lot of micro aggressions on every level (management, insurance agents, etc) & you’re expected to put up with it You’re constantly being micromanaged. I spent 2 minutes after a call to ask a coworker across from me for help & before the timer even got to 3 minutes, a supervisor was at my desk saying they “noticed” I was in after call for “too long” If you don’t work every single minute you’re scheduled, you’ll be treated like a child & babysat “until management can trust you”

Not worth it

Pros

You are able to have a flexible schedule and your work load will not be extensive until you’re able to sell.

Cons

Management and the assitance you get if you have never been in insurance sales. Is little to none, they also wait until you get out of training to tell you. You must have 9 enrollments just to be able to receive commission
