The business is really moving forward winning lots of new business and great projects. Its very busy but lots of fun too- we have our football table and good coffee in the break out area As there are not lots of layers of management we can all get involved and move quick The onBoading process is good and the Prodware Academy for training and development

The collaboration between the countries could be better, but the positive thing is that they have a whole program to improve this and you see already the first results
