Pros

A nice relaxed office atmosphere, the option to work from home. Invests in it's employees allowing you to attend training courses, webinars and expo's. Great location close to motorways.

Cons

The need to be flexible with both your time and your job responsibilities isn't for everyone. You need to be willing to pick up work that is outside of your current remit.
