      Unmanaged company. Promise a lot... Don't feel committed to act as per promises. No recognition for employees.

      Nice promises lead you to believe you will be happy... And nothing is worth a nice dream

      Cons

      Everything else. Management believes he has all rights and is always true, even when you demonstrate that this is not the case at all. Keeps blaming you for their own mistakes and lack of realism. Has very poor image on market. Local Top management considers employees as their property, and have no respect for them. They ask for what they want when they want, from one minute to the following, and even if this is not part of your mission

      Innovative projects with a great workplace atmosphere

      Pros

      The company is undergoing a transformation which has resulted in many interesting projects to work on that are both rewarding and challenging. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, there is a great workplace atmosphere and many of the offices have been recently renovated with modern ammenities. Prodware is a global company which means that you get the opportunity to collaborate with coworkers internationally.

      Cons

      There can occasionaly be a lack of organisation and structure, but this is being improved day by day.
