Pros

Great benefits, ability to be lenient in schedules, and freedom to make your own decisions for the most part. Ability to rise fast if your willing to move and make yourself available for the company. Great people in the company everywhere and most people are easy going and can just roll with the punches. The technology does have promise with proper implementation. All in all the people in the company are great and fun to work with for the most part. It is a good job overall and I don't regret coming here.

Cons

Unorganized, poor leadership and management. The same mistakes are made over and over. The excuse of 'startup in growth phase' expired 10 years ago.

Pros

The lower managers, like the cell leaders are good people and manage well or the most part. The ones who have the appearence of being the most professional are the least reliable (looks don’t determine work ethic or effectivenss). Other technicians are very friendly and can pick up the job well, that is, the one’s who stay.

Cons

Lack of respect and mismanagement on all levels. Communication between higher ups and the warehouse are disgraceful, a reason for late shipments and never having any parts to build fuel cells. Warehouse is always out of parts, and it always seems like the blame gets thrown onto the warehous, there needs to be more accountability. As for lack of respect, there is no respect the blue collars. When they ask for you to do overtime, it means there really isn’t a choice, or else. Also, b/c they run out parts, don’t expect a full 8-10 hour saturday, bc after the first four, there will be no parts. Just very mismanaged, thre’s good technology, and good people, this company just needs better leaders.
