Toxic culture Decentralized leadership, no vision, top-heavy org Unable to execute on customer promises Poor quality products with heavy dependency on field servicing CEO has been around since 2008 and has still not made the company profitable Overly reliant on government subsidies/loans to stay afloat Continues to decrease in sales Has a history of questionable financial practices with evidence of insider trading Andy Marsh, the CEO, was highest paid CEO in the Capital Region in 2024 while he laid off over 30% of his work force that same year

Company sort of cooks the books quarterly (revenue recognition), leadership gets super-rich off of stock options then they refuse to pay commissions due according to the plan, citing revenue recognition as the reason.
