They are growing so fast that there seems to be a lack of communication and seems as though they are always dealing with issues reactionary rather than being proactive.

Fun place to work. Great opportunities for creativity.

Cons

Fuel cells stink. Way too complicated to be commercially and unreliable to be viable. Not to mention, hydrogen is not easy to come by unless you live on the sun. Customers are recipients of government subsidies. Without them, nobody in their right mind would buy fuel cell products.
