Very much a good ole boy company, will promote family and friends before looking at other employees. Management has some issues with retaining employees.

Refreshing to work for a company that practices what it preaches - positive work culture, people-first mentality, and a mission to make the world a better place. Challenging work, supportive team and leaders.

Cons

No major cons or red flags. Lots of work to do, which in my opinion is a good problem to have and provides opportunity for growth.
