Pros
Work is relatively easy and you are able to work at your pace most of the time. Other techs are mostly all great to work with and very helpful.
Cons
Management is a big issue along with communication. If yous ask Management a question and you are lucky enough for a reply it won't really answer your question or will be told to contact someone else. Most of the time that other person is on vacation or will never respond. Company may be out of business before to long. They have never made a profit in 27 years...losing over 400milion a qrt all are stock went from 70 a share to now 4.20 a share
