Pros

All employees get flown to Barcelona a few times a year, huge parties are thrown at great expense (the expense being your low salary). There are many very talented engineers here to learn from

Cons

There is a cult-like feel to the place. The CEO's public political views on the ongoing Middle East conflict, created a divisive and uncomfortable atmosphere. Pay is poor relative to the industry, infrequent promotion opportunities. London employees are expected to go to the office 3 times a week, but teams are split across locations so you will often not work with most people in the office

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re glad you highlighted the strength of our engineering team and the opportunity to learn from talented colleagues — growing together is something we’re very proud of. We also invest in in-person moments, like our summer party and all-company gatherings, to help create genuine connections and a sense of belonging across our global community. We hear your feedback on compensation, career growth, and ways of working across hubs. These are areas we review regularly to ensure we remain competitive, connected, and supportive of everyone’s development, and we’ll continue evolving as we grow. We truly value the time you spent with us and wish you the very best in your next chapter.
