Pros

Amazing company that cares about the people that is why keeps very talented people into the company. I have been working in the company for more than 5 years and I am so happy to be contributing to the project and keep growing as fast as our product does. TravelPerk concerns a lot about the team and works hard to keep the culture even though it is a challenge with now +1800 employees.

Cons

I do not have any cons to share

Pros

Yes, the get togethers were fun, the office is cool, the people are great and the product is pretty intuitive. There are a lot of good things about this company but the negatives are more important

Cons

Pay is very low compared to other US companies, and the salary increases are almost laughable. I think a lot of people do value having fun parties and events a lot, but there are so many of us who have families and are feeling very "low-balled" with pay. There have been so many extremely talented people leaving lately with the main reason of pay - why hasn't this been recognized? The surveys every year outline pay and benefits (for US), but nothing is actioned.

We’re glad you’ve highlighted the strengths you see in our culture, product, and team, those are the foundations we keep building on. On compensation and benefits, we’re very aware of how important this is for our people. That’s why we run regular reviews and continue adjusting our global approach to stay competitive and aligned with our culture. In the US and across all our hubs, this remains a clear priority, and we’re making ongoing changes to reflect that. Thanks again for your feedback.
