      Pros

      It is an awesome place to work if you like fast paced, highly ambitious teams in an international environment. It is not for everybody but if you like this type of work place it is such an exciting place to work for. The office environment is great and it is based in Barcelona !

      Cons

      If you adverse to change, probably not the best company to join. Like any fast paced start ups, things change very quickly. It is a demanding environment but you learn a lot.

      + Great environment, hands-on attitude. + Excellent colleagues with great experience and skills. + Finally a management team that cares about people and is transparent enough. + Meetups and events in the office. + Good external events.

      Cons

      - DIY is great but at some point we'll need more IT support.
