Very inconsistent company. Depending on which department you are at and most importantly who your manager is, you will be up for either great success or great failure. They are constantly changing the org structure which leaves people falling between cracks in performance and salary reviews time after time. There’s a big lack of transparency, they withdraw benefits without letting their employees know and they purposely leave out that certain policies are changing (such as WFH) in the recruitment process. Due to this, the day to day is chaotic, the communication within and between teams is very challenging as there is a very individualistic way of work being promoted by the managers which are constantly either overworked and therefore not present, or too busy creating their own brand for C-level.
