Pros

- Fun events - Nice and kind people - Beautiful offices in Barcelona - Cool product - Opportunity to learn if you are a junior

Cons

There is a big gap between what this company wants to be vs what it really is. They say they are: -"obsessed with meritocracy" while people (mostly early joiners or friends of c-level) are appointed to key leadership positions - and moving around roles - with zero merit, experience or skills -"winning as a team" while (at least in the Sales Org) mid management are being busy all month long creating reports and every small decision being made by the c-level -"transparent" while silently doing laid offs

We have an annual performance review for all employees to recognise performance and behaviour reflected through pay appraisals and promotions, where managers get together as a community during our Calibration process to ensure fairness and consistency. Furthermore, we appreciate your feedback about mid-management and decision-making within the Sales Org. We aim to foster a collaborative environment where decisions are made collectively and every team member's input is valued. We continuously review our communication and decision-making processes to address any shortcomings in this area, and our approach is to ensure that transparency is upheld throughout all aspects of our company. Lastly, we also believe that a thriving culture is built on more than surface-level perks. This is why at Travelperk, we embrace our values by measuring performance 50% weighted on ‘how’ we deliver, not just ‘what’ we deliver. - Culture is at the forefront of every conversation and you get to work with highly talented individuals. - Great leadership who are consistent with there message - Team Atmosphere - No layoffs during or post covid

Cons

- Teams are expected to come into the office 3 days a week which works for some people and not for others
