Pros
The onbaording for TravelPerk has been great. A great mix of training and meeting people from different parts of the Sales Org. The UKI team are very welcoming, everyone shares knowledge and is open to help. There is a good unity between the SDRs, SEs and AMs to make it a pleasure to work in the team, and great support from management. There is also a very good vibe in the office which makes you want to go in and be part of the team. The UKI team have a good bond, and the team get together from the UK and Barcelona with interesting presentations and then a wine tasting afternoon was an amazing show and welcome into the team!
Cons
I haven't had any downsides so far. However, you must be in the office 3 days a week, this has been perfect for me but if you are not willing to be in the office a few days and be part of the team then maybe the position will not be for you.
