Pros

o Career opportunities: Managers are very supportive in terms of career moves within the company. If you have an interest in another area and want to try it out, they encourage you to apply for internal positions. The point is not just to climb the vertical career ladder but also explore opportunities horizontally.

Cons
There is not much negative to say about TravelPerk and any points mentioned here would also be entirely subjective, i.e. whilst hybrid working conditions are completely fair (and it's a pleasure to come to the office, by the way), it would be nice to have the opportunity to work from home full-time if one so wishes.
