Pros

Some incredible people to work with. Absolutely made friends in my department.

Cons

- I faced active discrimination that nothing meaningful was done about - Poor behaviour at best ignored, at worst seen as endearing - Lots of people falling up - Ancient in its beliefs around minorities. This is masqueraded as a ‘no politics’ policy but in reality serves to create an unsupportive and bigoted environment. Also doesn’t seem to apply to management.

Pros

High level of support internally to do your job well. Good opportunities for growth. Relatively healthy work environment. Good work-life balance in most departments/functions

Cons

Certain aspects of the company culture are not for everyone, for e.g. a very strong emphasis placed on work events and interacting with colleagues outside of work.
