      A great company that would be great if it were fully remote

      Pros

      Great colleagues Good company vision. Excellent teams and ownership distributed across squads. Good technology. Always evolving and trying to improve. Blameless team culture. I had a great times in this company. I've never had such a great work balance in this company like in others. CEO is very funny. I enjoyed listening to him. Multiple customers, big growth. Solid product. Not over-engineered at all.

      Cons

      Not fully remote option. It's impossible for people who are not living in Barcelona, or other big cities to work for this company. It's a shame :( -- I understand the IRL message, but Engineer teams are a bit different. Compensations were not the best compared to other companies (e.g. Glovo)

      Pros

      Travelperk have a strong importance of In real life, they like to reward their employees with "IRL events" such as HUB catch ups and a yearly party in Barcelona where the whole company comes together to celebrate the summer party. A great work culture! I would say that TK is still relatively new and with that comes a lot of learning. However don't let that put you off there is a strong value of "feedback", I truly believe that if something isn't quite right the senior management listen to their colleagues feedback and changes are made promptly. Feedback is always asked after every company meeting and event and we are asked how "they can do better". The company encourage you to learn and there is a commitment to help you promote if you wish.

      Cons

      Not a con but very fast paced and things can change very quickly so can keep you on your toes.
