Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Career progression is a top priority for us. We have established regular growth and performance reviews between employees and managers, where goals are collaboratively set and reviewed. If you feel that your career progression is not aligning with your expectations, we encourage you to discuss this with your manager. As you’ll know, we have quarterly growth conversations which are specifically to discuss your career, development areas, and progress - you can also talk to your manager about the competency framework we have in Builders, and use this to identify the next career step for you/ Thanks for sharing your view on our benefits, we actively seek feedback from our employees through frequent surveys to understand their needs and preferences better and review our offering to keep in line with evolving needs. From last years survey, we refreshed the benefits we offer in all our locations, but if you have specific requests, please reach out to the People Team.
