Supporting the development of our managers is very important to us, which is why we’ve introduced training programs like Manager Foundations over the past year. We also have quarterly performance reviews to ensure managers receive the support and guidance they need. Additionally, we provide regular opportunities for feedback, including a bi-annual engagement survey and department-level roundtable events.
