Pros

if you are a hustler and willing to put in the work, your efforts and talent will go a long way and you will be recognized. Meritocracy that also offers a good work life balance

Cons

not being in HQ is always tough since communication can be challenging with 6 hr time difference

Pros

Some really nice people in the team Great office space, with good coffee

Cons

The leadership of the company are awful Changing targets and requirements all the time, just expect you to do more and more CEO and COO make all decisions. They even review every interview before deciding if someone can be hired. If you get through all interviews but don't get an offer, it will be because CEO said no.

Pros

The culture and team environment is very good at travel perk and click. It is an easy job and it is pretty much an office admin job where you are the middle man between customer and hotel.

Cons

Very high sales targets. Management is not very supportive. It is always the same people succeeding as they have the biggest accounts. Performance is mainly based on money which again is always achieved by people with biggest accounts.
